• Digital flier for advertisement (printed flyers available at an additional cost)

• Advertisement of the event on social media platforms and websites

• Entry Clerk(s), or assist with entry clerk duties

• Safety & Rule Inspector/Tech for SEOPS classes only

• Entry equipment and registration forms 

• Collect driver registration fees and forms on behalf of The Promoter, or assist in the matter 

• Provide class line-up and work closely with pullers, announcer and promoter to keep the show moving.

• Turbo Plugs 

• A copy of the Series’ Event Liability Insurance Policy Form

• Copies of class, safety and general rules for SEOPS classes

• The following track officials will be provided for the event:

Finish Flagger

Line Up Organizer

Promoter contacts whoever they want for these services:

• Sled - can use any class 8 certified sled of promoters choice

• Announcer - can use any announcer of promoters choice (SEOPS Does have an Announcer that can be booked at the time of contract for an additional cost if needed) 

• Equipment and volunteers to work the track.
